What happens on the free call?
Discover Your First Agent is 30 minutes and free. We map where your team loses time and pick the first agent to deploy. You can stop there.
Do I need technical people on my team?
No. We deploy the agent inside the tools you already use, show your team how it fits the work, and a person still approves anything that is sent, paid, or changed.
What tools do you use?
Whatever you already have. There is no migration and no new software to roll out.
What if you cannot find $25,000 a year?
We will know on the free call. If we do not see a clear path to that savings, we say so and we do not sell you an agent.
How does the guarantee work?
We agree on the savings math before kickoff. If you are not on track to save $25,000 a year within 60 days, you choose: we keep working free until you are, or we refund. The 30 days to go live start at kickoff, not on the first call.
When do the 30 days start?
The 30-day clock starts at kickoff, once the build is identified. We first run the Discover Your First Agent call and a short audit and scoping step, including access and security policies. We agree on the exact agent to build. Then the 30 days begin.
How much does the first agent cost?
The first agent starts at $7,500. Run and expand starts at $2,500 a month, typically $2,500 to $4,000. Custom agents: quoted per job. The final price is set on the call.
What happens after the agent is deployed?
You keep it. If you want us to stay, we run and expand your agents from $2,500 a month.
Who do you work with?
Owner-led companies with about 50 to 500 employees, anywhere in the United States.
Are you a consulting agency?
No. The thing we sell is a working agent. We design it with you, deploy it inside the tools you already use, and we can keep running it.
Is my data safe?
You stay in control of the logins, we take the least access the workflow needs, and your data is not used to train AI.
Will our data be used to train an AI?
No. We use business AI plans that do not train on your data.
What happens to access when the work ends?
We sign an NDA at the start. When the work ends, we delete what we were given. The logins are ones you create, so you can turn them off anytime.
